Free Initial Consultation
We will gladly meet you to discuss what you propose to do; and advise in outline how best to proceed, whereupon we can give a quote depending on your requirements.
At Stage 1 we will explore various design options until you are satisfied to develop one option in further detail. This work is presented mostly in sketch drawings and in 3D drawings for a clear understanding of the concepts
At Stage 2 we develop your preferred option to the level of detail required to apply for planning permission and, if required, we lodge the application
At Stage 3 we are proceeding to construction stage and this involves the preparation of a tender for pricing or a set of instructions for a perferred builder for use in the construction of the works This Is in the form of a detailed set of construction drawings and a writton specification. Good thorough documentation at this stage ensures accurate pricing
At Stage 4 we will advise you on the returnod tenders and administer the building contract between you and your builder. We will agree a programme of site visits at regular intervals to insure the works are carried out satisfactorily as per construction drawings.
We can issue certifications of payments, and opinions of compliance at completion.
